Physical fitness is a good physical health and development using fitness equipments and exercises. It is a result of regular physical activity, proper diet and nutrition. It maximizes individual physical health, endurance, muscular strength and agility, body build, and physiology. It can be realized only through hardworking in exercise, diet, rest. Exercise should be hard and regular, but begun slowly and gradually increased in laboriousness. Aerobics exercises including jogging, cycling and the use of bodybuilding machines, sleeping should be restful and regular. A balanced diet is very essential, it includes bodybuilding supplements like carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and minerals. Alcohol consumption is a counter productive for any physical fitness.
